Tools
Links to tools I love and use daily
These are the things that work for me! BUT, just because they work for me doesn’t mean they will be the perfect solution for you. I encourage you to adopt the last phase of the design process and experiment. Just try something for a while and see if it works for you! Dive in, say yes, try something new! My wish for you is to develop your own strategy of TOOLS and FUEL for your integrative health.

HOLISTIC HEALTH RESOURCES
THE CLASS
The perfect balance of mindfulness in somatic exercises and a high energy workout, all set in rhythm to music - aka. my most perfect workout program.
There is a series of workouts called the “Cardio Flush” that I use in the middle of my day. Move your body, move your energy!
A full-body somatic therapy program - nurturing trauma release through connecting to, and healing, your nervous system in a clear schedule
K.J. Ramsey has this absolutely amazing tapping practice for sadness in her Substack. She is one of my favorite authors and understands how emotional regulation, somatic therapy, and religious trauma intersect.
At the very least give her a follow - the poetry and wisdom on her Instagram ring in my head daily: https://www.instagram.com/kjramseywrites/
PLANNING & ORGANIZING
Notion
I’m just obsessed with Notion. I have a dashboard for everything: personal, career, tools, learning. It has a steep learning curve, but I am proud to say there are so many obsessed with Notion and have amazing and helpful resources for learning. I am working on developing my own Notion templates currently!

LIBRARY
As an artist and in a creative career, I need some specifically UN-productive things in my life just to enjoy and just for FUN! I always try to do something specifically not for selling and not even for content creation when I feel burned out and overwhelmed in my life!
First, as an interior designer, I love using Spoak as an outlet! They have a daily prompt for designing, and challenges with certain vendors too!

My main meditation app, this app makes me feel heard and seen being a overwhelmed mama of 3 littles, and reminds me to emotional regulate while parenting, not just outside it
Tiimo - Visual Daily Planner: Schedule, focus & to-do
My daily schedule app (the best, I’ve tried so many!) with my routines timed out with checklists: I love the visual clock, widget, and the easy reschedule button

Quick access to the online application! I am always pasting things into quick notes to add to my boards - the magic happens on the web application - highly recommended

Some poetry I love and feel deeply understood by, and others I don’t like. One poem a day allows me to explore more of that part of myself without being overwhelmed!

This FREE app is what I use at the store to help me translate ingredients and labels - there is a general rating, but I always look potential carcinogens and skin irritants
