WEEKLY
⇢ Week on one sheet! The left side features a space for each day of the week to write plans and schedule. A mini calendar shows the week in context (I like to highlight the week!), and beside is an affirmation box with "I am" for an easy and intentional mental health goal for the week.
⇢ At the bottom of the left sheet is a reminders box, a space for notes and daydreams, and 5 lines of habit trackers.
⇢ On the right side is an open sheet for writing, drawing, and scheming. There is a large section of light grid, alongside a space of dot grid and a blank space for brainstorming or graphing.

WELLNESS
⇢ Everything you need to intentionally track your health and wellness.
⇢ The top line is for MEDICATIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS. Can be used for anything you regularly take on a daily basis. For me, that's morning meds, probiotics, vitamins, and a fruits and veggie supplement drink!
⇢ Next is ROUTINES. This space is wide open! You can write a specific routine down to the details, or just titles of your routines to check off as your day goes along. You can add additions in this space to your regular routines as reminders as you are reviewing your wellness.
⇢ SLEEP is to track the hours or times that you sleep and go to bed. Just enough space for nightly sleep and to write a additional nap!
⇢ In ENERGY, you can track your general energy through the day to observe where your high energy peaks and low energy periods of the day are. This is under sleep so you can compare the two and track how closely your body connects sleep and energy. You can use words - even just write high, medium, low - track your energy levels in a graph format, or use stickers.
⇢ MOOD is for your emotions. Again, this can be through words, pictures, or stickers, or you can even draw a little picture to convert your inner emotions into works of art.
⇢ MOVE YOUR BODY is a box for you to record not only exercise, but anyway you got your body moving and feeling good in the day!
⇢ FUEL YOUR BODY is for food tracking. Whether you track calories, full meals, or would like to plan meals in this box ahead of time, do it your way. There are also 8 spaces to check off and mark water intake for the day.

Each heading, title, day of the week is lovingly hand-lettered, and every layout is thoughtfully designed for daily use. In order to save ink on such a large file, there is no true black, but dark charcoal. Taupe accents are throughout, but look great printed grayscale as well!
